Turkey says normalization deal with Syria can happen soon

A quadrilateral meeting among Turkish, Syrian, Iranian and Russian defense ministers sends a positive sign that the neighboring countries may be finally able to resolve their problems. The Turkish defense minister assured that the talks are on the right track to find some common ground.
