Hamas Movement called Sunday on the Palestinian resistance fighters in the occupied West Bank to get ready for a new phase of confrontation with the Israeli occupation.

Spokesman for Hamas Movement Hosam Badran warned that any Israeli violation against al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian sit-inners in its yards would be met with a strong response.

Badran’s statement came following an anti-occupation attack in occupied Jerusalem which left two Israelis dead and several others injured. Sunday’s operation was a strong message from the Palestinian resistance fighters that the Jerusalem Intifada is still ongoing, Badran said, stressing that no force on earth could stop the uprising.

Israeli crimes and violations against the Palestinian people and their holy sites will certainly trigger a painful and unexpected response, he said. Earlier on Sunday, a Palestinian youth and two Israelis, including a police officer, were killed in an anti-occupation shooting attack in Occupied Jerusalem.
