IRGC Declares Enemy Incapable of Initiating New Conflict
A representative of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) asserted that Israel and its allies do not possess the capacity to initiate a new conflict with Iran and are therefore resorting to psychological tactics instead.

Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini stated on Thursday that the adversary is unable to initiate a new conflict but aims to maintain the nation in a tense and anxious state akin to wartime.
In pursuit of its objectives, the entity engages in psychological operations, asserting that it neither seeks nor fears conflict. It reassures the Iranian populace, stating that in the event of hostilities, it maintains a strategic advantage and deterrent capabilities sufficient to instill regret in any adversary.
In the wake of a 12-day conflict that began on June 13, tensions escalated as Israel initiated an unanticipated offensive, resulting in the assassination of senior commanders and nuclear scientists and claiming the lives of hundreds of civilians. Concurrently, the United States became involved in the conflict by targeting three Iranian nuclear facilities, actions that have been widely criticized as contraventions of international law.
On June 24, Iran successfully conducted retaliatory operations against both Israel and the United States, effectively halting what it described as terrorist aggression.
Naeini stated that Israel’s security doctrine had disintegrated during the conflict, arguing that the regime underestimated Iran’s capabilities and erroneously assumed that Iranians would surrender following an initial assault. Contrary to these expectations, he claimed, “the people delivered a decisive response to the delusional adversary.”
A spokesperson, Naeini, has indicated that the recent conflict has highlighted the unity of the Iranian populace, the robustness of its military, and the efficacy of the nation’s leadership. He further stated that Iran has emerged “more stable, cohesive, and powerful” following the 12-day US-Israeli offensive.
He stated that the adversary has transitioned to economic and psychological warfare as retaliation against the resilience of the nation. He assured that the armed forces are comprehensively prepared to confront any threat at any level, with capabilities exceeding those of the past.
The spokesperson emphasized that the conflict has shown the Iranian populace’s profound understanding of threats, asserting that they will steadfastly refuse to compromise their identity, unity, or national interests in any situation.
He stated that despite investing billions of dollars in efforts to undermine the Islamic Revolution and the Iranian nation, the Zionist regime and the United States have failed to achieve their goals.
