Satanic US Urges Lebanon to Implement Hezbollah Disarmament Strategy

The US Deputy Special Envoy to the Middle East has urged Lebanese officials to take definitive action towards implementing a plan aimed at disarming the Hezbollah resistance movement.

Morgan Ortagus expressed optimism regarding the government’s recent landmark decision, emphasizing that the focus should now shift from rhetoric to tangible action. This statement was made during a press conference held at Lebanon’s presidential palace in Baabda on Tuesday.

Remarks were made subsequent to a discussion involving a United States delegation and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, focusing on the pertinent issue at hand.

Hezbollah has declared its firm stance against disarmament, asserting that the Lebanese government’s push for the group to relinquish its weapons is a significant error. The organization views its arsenal as a crucial deterrent against Israel.

Ortagus stated that Israel is prepared to make incremental advancements in tandem with the Lebanese government. She remarked, “For every action taken by the Lebanese authorities, we will urge the Israeli government to reciprocate.”

U.S. envoy Tom Barrack, a member of the delegation, indicated that by month’s end, the Lebanese army and government are expected to unveil a detailed plan for Hezbollah’s disarmament.

He further emphasized the anticipation that the Israelis will respond by presenting their own proposals concerning withdrawals and security guarantees after assessing the Lebanese plan.

Barrack previously stated that with the Lebanese government initiating efforts, it is incumbent upon Israel to respond by pulling back its forces from Lebanese lands.

On August 5, Lebanon’s Prime Minister Nawaf Salam directed the national army to devise a strategy to limit weapon possession exclusively to state control by year-end. This initiative seeks to disarm Hezbollah, an organization that has long played a defensive role against external threats, particularly from Israel.

Two days following the initial discussion, Lebanese government officials convened at a cabinet meeting to further deliberate on the United States’ initiative to disarm Hezbollah. During the meeting, they expressed support for the initiative’s objectives.

Hezbollah has strongly criticized the government’s decision, labeling it a “grave sin” and cautioning that the move unequivocally benefits Israel. The organization highlighted ongoing territorial occupations by Israel in Lebanon and pointed to frequent breaches of a ceasefire agreement established in November 2024.

Israel persists in its occupation of five key areas in southern Lebanon: Labbouneh, Mount Blat, Owayda Hill, Aaziyyeh, and Hammamis Hill, all located in close proximity to the border.
