Tehran Issues Warning on Potential False-Flag Operations, Accuses ‘israel’ of Intention to Escalate Conflict

According to a spokesman from Iran's Foreign Ministry, there are allegations that the Israeli regime is intentionally attempting to widen the conflict instigated by Israel and the United States against Iran, potentially drawing the entire region into a larger escalation.

According to a spokesman from Iran’s Foreign Ministry, there are accusations being made against the Israeli regime, suggesting it is intentionally seeking to escalate the existing conflict, which is said to have been initiated by Israeli-American actions against Iran, potentially leading to a wider regional escalation.

During a press conference on Tuesday within a school affected by US-Israeli actions in Tehran, Esmaeil Baghaei asserted that destabilizing the region aligns with “the project of the Zionist regime, with the United States being drawn along this trajectory.”

Baghaei claimed that the Zionist regime is likely to take advantage of the current circumstances to broaden the conflict, potentially escalating acts of sabotage in neighboring countries. This, he suggested, is part of an effort to turn the war reportedly started alongside the United States against Iran into a broader regional confrontation.

The comments emerge in the context of reports alleging the detention of Mossad operatives in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, who were reportedly orchestrating bombings in the Arab nations.

Baghaei highlighted that Tehran had earlier warned that any fresh aggression initiated against the Islamic Republic would extend beyond the borders of Iran.

An official indicated that there had been prior warnings regarding the potential escalation of any conflict initiated against Iran, stating that such a confrontation could extend throughout the region. This caution was delivered with utmost responsibility and from the highest echelons, with the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, having explicitly declared that the conflict would inevitably evolve into a regional war.

In response to what he described as provocative actions, he stated that the Islamic Republic’s Armed Forces focus solely on military targets, specifically where American military installations are located. A new series of attacks has severely impacted a significant US air base in Bahrain, following an Iranian retaliatory operation. These strikes have demolished command centers, reflecting Iran’s determined counter-response to perceived US-Israeli hostilities.

He asserted that the Iranian actions targeting those bases are a response to their use in assaults on Iran, emphasizing that they are not driven by a desire to create regional instability.

Baghaei stated that the resurgence of hostilities against Iran, which commenced on Saturday, also targeted diplomatic security forces within the nation. He cautioned that the entities behind this aggression would extend their actions to affect regional states as well.

“He suggested that the same individuals responsible for targeting the diplomatic police may also orchestrate false flag operations to attack diplomatic premises in regional countries as part of their broader conflict strategy.”

“Iran faces allegations of genocide; adversaries are unable to alter the aspirations of the nation,” a source reported.

An official has characterized the ongoing situation in Iran as a “genocide,” describing it as an attempt to dismantle an ethnicity. The official highlighted that targeting Iranian girls, the nation’s elite, and elements fundamental to the country’s identity constitutes an attempt to reshape the aspirations of the nation.

A spokesperson emphasized that the collective vision remains unwavering, stating, “This aspiration will remain unchanged. We are left with no option but to resist.”

Iran’s Red Crescent Society has reported that a minimum of 787 individuals have lost their lives amid recent hostilities, with over 160 children among the fatalities following an attack attributed to US-Israeli forces on a school in the southern Hormozgan province.

Baghaei has criticized the international community for its inaction and indifference regarding crimes that have persisted over the last two and a half years. In a tragic development, an Israeli-American offensive on a southern Iran school in Minab, Hormozgan province, resulted in the deaths of 165 children. This attack has been labeled as aggression, further escalating regional tensions.

He stated that the international community observed acts of genocide in the Gaza Strip without taking action, and similarly witnessed crimes and aggression against neighboring countries, yet remained inactive.

There has been a growing emphasis on diplomacy and a renewed call for action by the United Nations. Global leaders are advocating for collaborative efforts to address pressing international issues, urging the UN to take decisive steps to maintain peace and security worldwide.

Addressing a query regarding Tehran’s prerequisites for concluding the conflict, Baghaei stated that the Islamic Republic was not the one to initiate military confrontation.

He stated that the military aggression was not their decision, emphasizing that diplomacy has always been their preferred path. Despite exhaustively pursuing diplomatic solutions until the eleventh hour, the opposing side ultimately opted for warfare.

An official emphasized that halting the current US-Israeli offensives is the sole method to bring the conflict to a conclusion.

A call has been made for the United Nations Security Council to fulfill its obligation to take decisive action. Despite historical instances where action was not taken, it was emphasized that presently, the only barrier hindering progress is the resolve of the international community.

The international community faces an urgent decision to prevent the conflict from escalating and extending further. There is a pressing need for the Security Council to fulfill its duties by forcing the aggressors to halt their hostile actions, thereby restoring security and stability to the affected region.
