Palestinian wounded by Israeli occupation forces in Jerusalem

A Palestinian man was wounded by Israeli occupation forces in the Silwan neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem on Saturday evening, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

Citing the Jerusalem Governorate Office, WAFA said the man sustained moderate injuries after Israeli forces opened fire on him in the Ras al-Amud neighborhood of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Earlier Saturday, a Palestinian woman was killed and others were wounded in Israeli gunfire and shelling and in settler attacks across the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. Israeli forces also detained eight Palestinians during raids in several areas.
