Iranian Authorities Detain Riot Leaders Amid Ongoing Intelligence Crackdown
Iran's Intelligence Ministry has announced ongoing efforts to identify and apprehend terrorist leaders in Tehran, attributing successes to the effective cooperation of the public.

According to the ministry, amidst the recent unrest, public and religious locations, along with security forces, were targeted by rioters in seven major areas within Tehran. The rioters also set ablaze two mosques, obstructed a significant highway in Tehran, and killed two members of the Basij voluntary forces.
Iranian police have announced the identification and arrest of 297 individuals allegedly involved in causing damage to public property during recent unrest, according to the country’s police chief.
In recent operations targeting terrorist activities, two militants were neutralized, while 17 others sustained injuries.
Authorities have confiscated numerous firearms, both warm and cold, along with explosive materials from the terrorists’ hideouts.
Authorities have initiated twenty investigations concerning the connections of the detained individuals to terrorist organizations associated with the Israeli regime.
The funeral ceremony for 100 martyrs who perished in the recent foreign-supported unrest is set to occur on Wednesday at 2 PM local time in Tehran.
Ahmad Mousavi, head of the Martyr Foundation, reported that the martyrs—comprising both civilians and security personnel—were killed using a variety of weapons, including firearms typically used in combat and hunting, as well as knives, axes, and other implements.
Last week’s peaceful demonstrations against economic challenges escalated into violent riots, exacerbated by statements from US and Israeli leaders. Armed groups were involved in the destruction of public assets and inflicted casualties on both civilians and security personnel.
Numerous Iranian civilians and security forces have lost their lives amid the unrest, which, according to the Islamic Republic’s intelligence services, has reportedly been fueled by intelligence, operational, logistical, and financial backing from Washington and Israel’s Mossad spy agency.
Authorities in the Islamic Republic have noted that through recent unrest, Iran’s adversaries appear to be attempting to compensate for their shortcomings during direct military confrontations with the nation.
Officials have consistently emphasized their commitment to tackling economic challenges across diverse sectors. At the same time, they have affirmed their resolute stance against any efforts to escalate protests into disorder
