Hezbollah Targets ‘israeli’ Surveillance and Military Base in Golan Heights, Occupied Territories

The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement has conducted two distinct missile operations targeting strategic Israeli military sites in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights and other contested territories.

The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement has conducted two distinct missile strikes targeting key Israeli military facilities in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights as well as in territories under Israeli control.

Hezbollah announced in a statement that it launched an attack on the Meron air surveillance and operations management base located in the Israeli-occupied regions during the early hours of Tuesday.

The statement indicated that the operation was carried out as a reaction to Israel’s acts of aggression, which have impacted numerous Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut.

The group announced that the missile strike was directed at a radar installation and a command facility.

Hezbollah has announced the launch of a significant barrage of rockets targeting the Nafah base, located in the occupied Golan Heights. This base operates as the headquarters for the Israeli army’s 210th Basha Division.

Hezbollah has asserted that its recent strikes on Israel constitute a “legitimate” form of defensive action.

In a statement, Hezbollah justified its missile and drone strikes on a military installation located south of Haifa within the Israeli-occupied regions as a “legitimate defensive reaction.” The group cited ongoing Israeli acts of aggression as the impetus for their military response.

Hezbollah issued a statement late Monday condemning what it described as ongoing aggression by the Israeli regime over the past 15 months, citing acts of violence, demolitions, and ethnic cleansing. The movement criticized the lack of effective political or diplomatic efforts to halt these actions or enforce a ceasefire agreement. In response to the assassination of an Iranian leader, Hezbollah targeted a military site in the city of Haifa, located in the occupied territories.

The statement emphasized that the repeated aggressions have gone unanswered, highlighting the urgent need to halt the Israeli campaign of assassinations and destruction. It underscored the necessity to seriously and effectively employ all available measures to stop the crimes.

Hezbollah has emphasized that the relentless acts of aggression by Israel cannot be justified under any circumstances, asserting that, as a result, confrontation is a legitimate response.

It was highlighted that the actions taken by the resistance movement were a direct response to Israeli assaults on Lebanon’s national assets. This was conducted within the context of safeguarding public security and stability, as well as ensuring the protection of Lebanese territory.

Hezbollah declared its missile and drone attacks on the Israeli military installation south of Haifa as a justified defensive response. The group called on Lebanese authorities to implement concrete actions to halt Israeli acts of aggression, which it claims are responsible for the various crises afflicting Lebanon.

Hezbollah has announced that it targeted an Israeli military facility near Haifa with missiles, responding to what it called the assassination of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution. The group declared the strike as a defense of Lebanon against ongoing actions by Israel. In light of these events, Hezbollah extended its condolences to the Iranian people for the loss of their leader.

Hezbollah’s leadership has underscored that ongoing Israeli military actions and targeted killings of their leaders, youth, and community members grant them the right to self-defense and to retaliate at a time and place of their choosing.

In response to the initial acts of aggression against Iran, attributed collaboratively to the United States, Israeli forces initiated strikes on Lebanon on Saturday.
