Hezbollah has benefited from Iran’s support with no return
Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem has praised the military skills of former IRGC Quds commander Lt. General Qassem Soleimani, adding that Iran has asked for nothing in return for its support.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem delivered a televised address on the sixth martyrdom anniversary of General Qassem Suleimani and Hajj Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis.
According to Al-Manar TV EN website, Sheikh Qassem felicitated Muslims on the Birthday of Imam Ali (A.S.): Allah has blessed us with the loyalty to the Commander of the Faithful.
He also said “Martyr Suleimani was a thoughtful and professional military leader who had close ties with Master of Umma Martyrs Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah.
“Martyr Suleimani’s main target was supporting the Palestinian resistance against the Israeli enemy.”
” Martyr Suleimani’s martyrdom has reinvigorated the resistance path,” he also said, adding that, “Killings of martyrs will not impede the procession of the resistance in the region.”
Sheikh Qassem continued to say that “the West has planted ‘Israel’ in Palestine in order to sustain the educational and economic dominance over the region.”
“Hezbollah has benefited from Iran’s support with no return,” he highlighted.
The Hezbollah leader went on to talk about Lebanon’s elections saying that “Hezbollah calls for holding the Lebanese parliamentary elections as scheduled.”
He also said, “Hezbollah calls for providing the Lebanese Army with suitable weapons to defend Lebanon and sustain the local stability.”
