Chile Recalls Three Military Attachés from Israel Amid Gaza Humanitarian Crisis

On Wednesday, the Chilean Foreign Ministry, coordinating with the Defense Ministry, announced that the decision had been communicated to Israeli officials.

Chile has announced the withdrawal of its military attachés from Tel Aviv, citing the ‘extremely serious humanitarian situation faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip’ as the reason for this decision.

The statement emphasized the necessity for measures to adhere to international legitimacy resolutions and international law, which clearly forbid genocide and the killing of Palestinians in the occupied territories, as well as incursions into their cities, land expropriation, and attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites.
