Key Figure in Netanyahu’s UAE Visit, Abraham Accords Architect Hacked: Handala
The Handala hacker group has declared that it successfully infiltrated the networks of Samuel Shay, the key figure responsible for orchestrating Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to the United Arab Emirates in March. Shay, who played a pivotal role in the creation of the Abraham Accords, saw his clandestine network exposed amid this breach.
In a statement released on Thursday alongside published images, the group claimed responsibility for targeting the key architect behind Netanyahu’s visit to the UAE. It also identified this individual as the central figure in the US-supported normalization deals between Israel and regional countries, declaring that his communications and network have been breached.
Handala identified Shay as a pivotal figure in orchestrating discreet arrangements between the regime and Persian Gulf nations. Shay also played an instrumental role in facilitating clandestine economic, political, and “security” interactions between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi.
The group announced that Shay, through vehicles like Gulf Technology Systems, has built a comprehensive network of collaborative ventures across technology, energy, investment, agriculture, and strategic infrastructure. These projects involve the regime, the UAE, and other Arab nations.
In the words of Handala, the network symbolizes “corruption, money laundering, the dissemination of Israeli ‘security’ technologies for the suppression of regional populations, and a betrayal of the Palestinian cause.”
The report highlighted that Shay and his team were directly responsible for overseeing all covert agreements, financial transactions, the training of ‘security’ personnel, as well as economic and intelligence espionage activities targeting the Axis of Resistance.
The group stated that the released materials provide comprehensive documentation of Shay’s role in “freezing Hezbollah’s assets and undermining resistance efforts in Lebanon.”
According to Handala, recently released documents have revealed that Shay was responsible for introducing the now-late convicted sex trafficker and financier Jeffrey Epstein to Emirati businessman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem. This connection reportedly facilitated the involvement of Emirati figures in Epstein’s network. Furthermore, it was indicated that the Israeli spy agency Mossad exploited this channel to exert pressure on individuals to ensure their compliance.
The organization has unveiled 265 pages of Shay’s communications, financial partnerships, and confidential contacts on its website.
The report indicated that financial intelligence data related to the network has been shared with countries aligned with the resistance movement.
**A Message to Audiences in the US and Europe**
In a statement directed at audiences in both the United States and Europe, Handala emphasized that “the truth has been distorted by substantial investment, biased media, and collaborative endeavors.”
Epstein and associates invested vast sums to portray local agents as “honorable role models and symbols of prosperity.” However, these financial efforts only resulted in poverty, corruption, oppression, and betrayal within Muslim regions.
