Syria’s anti-drug authorities seize large Captagon shipment in Daraa
Syrian anti-drug authorities have seized and dismantled a drug packaging machine and confiscated a large shipment of narcotics during a targeted operation in the Daraa countryside, southwestern Syria.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement on Telegram that the operation followed intensive intelligence monitoring and close tracking of smugglers’ movements. Forces raided the site and confiscated approximately one million Captagon pills, which were stored and prepared for smuggling abroad.
