Kata’ib Hezbollah Urges Resistance Fighters to Mobilize for Conflict Backing Iran
The Kata'ib Hezbollah movement in Iraq, also known as the Hezbollah Brigades, has announced its preparedness to engage in any potential conflict in support of Iran. The group has urged resistance fighters globally to rally for this cause.
In a forceful declaration released Sunday night, the movement urged supporters ready to challenge what it labeled a “front of disbelief and hypocrisy” to brace for a “comprehensive war” in support of Iran.
The Islamic Republic has been portrayed as a bastion and a source of pride for the Muslim Ummah, standing in solidarity with the oppressed for over forty years, regardless of sect, color, or race.
The statement characterizes the present dangers facing Iran as an effort by what it terms “forces of misguidance,” which encompass Zionists and oppressive entities, to dominate or dismantle the nation and erode moral principles on an international scale.
The organization has issued a call to “mujahideen brothers in the east and west of the earth” — individuals driven by faith and resisting the “front of disbelief and hypocrisy” — to prepare themselves to fully support Iran.
The statement issued a stern warning to Iran’s adversaries, indicating that any military engagement against the nation would be fraught with challenges. It cautioned that opponents would face swift and unexpected repercussions, ultimately leading to their removal from the West Asian region.
The Iraqi Hezbollah movement has declared that “nothing of you will remain in our region,” signaling a strong stance against perceived external influences or threats.
The statement referenced religious doctrines, citing Quranic verses including “And fight against the mushrikeen altogether as they fight against you altogether” and “We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve.”
The Iraqi Hezbollah movement has asserted that the route to liberation involves striving either for triumph or martyrdom, which may encompass martyrdom operations in defense of Islam.
The statement was released as tensions between Iran and the United States escalated, following Trump’s threat to employ military action against the Islamic Republic.
