Lebanese Islamic Resistance Targets Zionist Soldiers, Downs Hermes 900
In support of the Palestinian people and resistance in Gaza and in light of the Israeli aggression on the various South Lebanon villages, the Islamic Resistance continued on Saturday striking the Zionist occupation sites near the Lebanese borders with occupied Palestine, inflicting losses upon the enemy forces.
Today’s operations showcased exceptional precision as the Islamic Resistance successfully hit an Israeli anti-UAV jamming system and intercepted a Hermes 900 drone. It’s worth noting that Hezbollah previously downed an IOF drone of the Hermes 450 type on February 26, 2024.
Hezbollah military media released a series of statements outlining the conducted attacks and their outcomes:
First Operation
The initial statement stated that at 02:00 AM on Saturday, April 6, 2024, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Zionist soldiers near the Ramya site with artillery shells.

At 11:50 AM, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Malkiyeh site with a Burkan missile, causing serious damage.

In retaliation to Israeli assaults on southern villages, notably in Marjayoun, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance struck the Jal Al-Alam site at 12:40 noon on Saturday, April 6, 2024. They also targeted enemy soldiers positioned between the site and the Shlomi settlement with Burkan missiles, achieving direct hits.

As per the fourth statement, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted, at 2:25 PM, a gathering of enemy soldiers near the Shtula barracks with missile weaponry, achieving direct hits.

Hezbollah announced that, at 4:00 PM, the fighters targeted a gathering of Zionist soldiers in the vicinity of the Shomera Barracks with artillery shells, resulting in direct hits.
