In this regard, His Eminence told reporters that this year, spring will be associated with the victories of the warriors in Nineveh Governorate and in the city of Mosul, where the Iraqi army and allied fighters of the Popular Mobilization Forces currently engaged in joint operations to expel Takfiri Daesh militants out of their last urban stronghold in the country.
