Pakistan Firmly Upholds Support for Iran and JCPOA, Affirms Spokesperson

In a weekly press conference held in Islamabad on Thursday, Tahir Hussain Andrabi addressed the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s President, Masoud Pezeshkian, following the intimidating remarks made by Trump and the Israeli Prime Minister. Andrabi stated, “Our stance on matters concerning Iran and the JCPOA is steadfast and we unequivocally back Iran.”

He stated, “In response to Israel’s actions against Iran, we have firmly backed the Islamic Republic of Iran and its right to self-defense.”

A representative from Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has reiterated the country’s dedication to the gas pipeline project with Iran, expressing anticipation for advancements in this initiative.
