Iranian Forces Bolstered Post-War, Assert New War Room Chief

Major General Ali Abdollahi, the recently assigned commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, announced that Iran's Armed Forces have heightened their state of readiness and improved their capabilities in the aftermath of the recent 12-day conflict involving Israel and the United States.

General Abdollahi has been appointed by Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, following the deaths of Major General Gholam Ali Rashid and his successor Major General Ali Shadmani. These incidents occurred during Israeli airstrikes on Iran in June, where both generals were killed.

The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters acts as the central unifying command for Iran’s armed forces. Operating under the General Staff, it is charged with the planning and coordination of joint military operations across the different branches of the Iranian military.

In a statement commemorating the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him) and the commencement of Unity Week, an annual initiative aimed at fostering Sunni-Shia unity, General Abdollahi underscored the significance of national cohesion and religious solidarity.

In a recent statement, he commended the “sacred unity” demonstrated by Iranians amidst the recent conflict, attributing it as crucial in countering the “hostile objectives of the Zionist enemy and the United States against the nation.”

He stated that adversaries are seeking to escalate domestic tensions through psychological and media tactics while simultaneously contending with internal, regional, and global challenges.

Abdollahi stated that Iran’s military capabilities have now advanced to a more robust position compared to before the war.

He stated that the Armed Forces are now better prepared than prior to the recent conflict, boasting more advanced and enhanced capabilities.

Trump assured the public of the nation’s stability and highlighted the military’s continued state of readiness, stating there is no reason for alarm regarding the country’s future.

Abdollahi affirmed that the Armed Forces consistently maintain a high level of readiness to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty, national security, and the accomplishments of the Islamic Revolution.

On June 13, Israel initiated an unexpected military operation against Iran, leading to a 12-day conflict that resulted in the death of at least 1,064 individuals. The casualties included military leaders, nuclear scientists, and numerous civilians.

The United States has initiated military action by conducting airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities, a move that represents a significant breach of international law.

On June 24, Iran successfully carried out operations in response to actions by both Israel and the United States, effectively bringing a pause to what it described as terrorist aggression.
