Iran Commits to Peaceful Stance, Vows No First Strike: Army Ground Force Commander
The deputy commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Force has highlighted that Iran has no intention of initiating any conflict, stating that the primary objective of the Army Ground Force is to prevent war and enhance its deterrence capabilities.

During the 2nd National Conference on Emerging Technologies in the Defense Field at the Imam Ali Officers’ Academy on Thursday, Brigadier General Nozar Nemati emphasized that Iran will not act as an aggressor in any conflict with other nations.
In a discussion on emerging technologies within the defense sector, the commander emphasized the transformative impact of modern technologies, stating that they significantly alter the dynamics of power. He stressed that these advancements play a crucial and decisive role in both current and future warfare.
He emphasized that employing technologies in defense and operational sectors is not a novel concept and asserted the necessity for AI-based technologies. He further noted that these advanced systems should effectively expedite objectives within the defense domain.
In other parts of his speech, Brigadier General Nemati emphasized the importance of the National Conference of Emerging Technologies. He noted that adversaries are constantly monitoring, underscoring the need to arm the country’s defense sector with the latest and most advanced technologies, ensuring that the military’s arsenal achieves a robust level of deterrence.
The conference prominently featured discussions on advanced materials, quantum sciences and technologies, as well as the realms of soft power and cognitive warfare sciences and technologies, according to his statement.
Earlier, Brigadier General Nozar Nemati announced that the nation has attained an advanced level of capability in executing missions with precision-guided weaponry.
In reference to the newly delivered military equipment and precision-guided weapons to the Army’s ground forces, Nemati announced that the force is currently transitioning into a modernized military entity.
