Great Satan US Aircraft Conduct 35 Airstrikes in Yemen Since Early Sunday
U.S. warplanes have launched multiple strikes throughout Yemen as the country's military intensifies its operations and enforces a naval blockade. This move comes as a response to external aggression, while Yemen maintains its unwavering support for Palestinians in the beleaguered Gaza Strip.

According to Yemen’s al-Masirah television channel, the United States conducted 35 airstrikes since early Sunday morning, targeting various Yemeni provinces including al-Jawf and Marib.
The television channel reported that the escalation aligns with ongoing strategic offensives by the Yemeni Armed Forces targeting Israeli interests and coalition objectives in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. These developments, the channel suggested, highlight what it described as desperate attempts by the United States to weaken the resolve of the Yemeni population.
According to a security source reported by the Yemeni News Agency SABA, US military operations launched ten airstrikes on the al-Hazm district in al-Jawf Province. Subsequently, the Majzar district in Marib Province was hit with three additional airstrikes.
The United States had earlier conducted a series of military operations, involving five aerial assaults on the Majzar district located in Marib. Additionally, two airstrikes targeted Ras Issa within the al-Hudaydah province. Further, the Takhiya area in the Majz district experienced eight airstrikes, while three were carried out in the Sahar district of Saada Province.
SABA reported that U.S. warplanes conducted multiple airstrikes on Saturday night, targeting Madghal district in Marib with six strikes, Kamaran Island with two, and al-Salif district in Hudaydah with one strike.
Since March 15, the Trump administration has initiated daily airstrikes on Yemen, reporting that over 1,000 targets have been hit in the Middle Eastern nation.
The initiative seeks to put a stop to the Yemeni military’s attacks on Israeli and Israeli-associated vessels in the Red Sea shipping routes, in addition to their operations targeting areas deep within the occupied Palestinian territories.
Yemeni forces announced on Saturday that they had launched a fourth missile strike within a 24-hour window targeting Israeli-occupied areas, triggering the activation of air raid sirens in several locations.
In an official statement, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for Yemen’s Armed Forces, announced that Sana’a executed a retaliatory strike on an Israeli military site located south of Tel Aviv early on Saturday morning.
Since the beginning of Israel’s military campaign in Gaza, Yemeni forces have conducted numerous operations backing the conflict-affected residents of Gaza. These operations have included hitting targets across the occupied Palestinian territories and intercepting Israeli ships or vessels en route to ports within these territories.
In a move underscoring its support for Israel, the United States declared the establishment of a maritime task force set to operate in the Red Sea by December 2023. This initiative aims to safeguard the navigation of vessels heading towards territories under Israeli occupation.
Yemeni forces have escalated their military actions, targeting strategic and sensitive sites associated with both Israeli and American interests. This includes the targeting of United States warships and aircraft carriers stationed near Yemen’s coastline.
The Pentagon has issued a directive for the USS Truman to continue its deployment in the Red Sea, maintaining its strategic presence in the region.
Amid continuing hostilities in Yemen, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has instructed the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier to extend its presence in the West Asia region for an additional week, marking the second time its deployment has been prolonged, as reported by The Cradle.
The report indicates that the deployment sustains the presence of two US aircraft carrier strike groups in the area, highlighting Washington’s dedication to halting Yemeni assaults on vessels linked to Israel navigating the Red Sea.
The USS Truman and its accompanying strike group, stationed in the Red Sea, were originally slated to return to Norfolk, Virginia, last month. However, their mission was prolonged in late March to support an escalated airstrike campaign targeting Yemen.
The USS Carl Vinson, stationed in San Diego, has been conducting operations in the Gulf of Aden alongside its strike group.
