General Saree Reports 26 Saudi Airstrikes on Taiz in Past 24 Hours

Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree said on Telegram that Saudi warplanes conducted 26 airstrikes over the past 24 hours, using F-15 aircraft launched from Khamis Mushait Air Base, and targeted Taiz province.

The total number of Saudi airstrikes conducted this week has reached 300, reportedly involving F-15 and Typhoon aircraft launched from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases. The strikes targeted the governorates of Taiz, Hajjah, Ma’rib, Al-Jawf, Al-Bayda, Amran, Lahij, Al-Hudaydah and Saada.

Earlier, General Saree said attempts by Saudi Arabia in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, that bore the hallmarks of ISIS had been thwarted and would not go unanswered.
