Four killed in terrorist rocket attacks in Syria’s Dara’a

At least four people have been killed and dozens of others sustained injuries in rocket attacks by foreign-backed Takfiri terrorists in the southwestern Syrian city of Dara’a.

The Syrian civilians lost their lives and at least 40 others, including three women and six children, suffered injuries on Tuesday after the Takfiri militants positioned in the areas of al-Nueimeh and al-Nazihin in Dara’a targeted other areas of the city with rockets, Syria’s official news agency, SANA, reported.

The director of Dara’a National Hospital, Walid al-Shnnour, confirmed the casualties, saying that the bodies of four dead people as well as 40 wounded people have been transferred to the hospital.

In a similar incident in Dara’a on Sunday, two children were killed and four were injured in a rocket attack by militants on the al-Kashef neighborhood of the city.

Elsewhere, in the central Syrian city of Homs, a child was injured in a car bomb explosion. The incident took place in the vicinity of the Sahara commercial compound in Ikrima neighborhood in the city, causing material damage to the area as well.

Cities and towns across Syria have been hit by bomb attacks and mortar and rocket fire by Takfiri terrorists since conflict broke out in the Arab country more than four years ago. More than 230,000 people have since been killed in Syria.

The foreign-backed militancy in Syria has forced over 3.8 million Syrians to take refuge in neighboring countries, namely Jordan and Lebanon.
