The local media in Syria on Tuesday reported a car bomb explosion that targeted a Syrian military vehicle near a mosque in al-Bukamal, east of Deir ez-Zor.
Fatalities reported following a car bomb explosion that targeted a Syrian Ministry of Defense vehicle near a mosque in al-Bukamal, east of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria, near Iraqi borders, Al-Mayadeen reported.
The media stated that the car exploded near the Al-Mustafa Mosque in the Al-Bukamal area, near the Iraq-Syria borders.
The extent of the damage from the explosion is not yet known, the report added.
