Health Ministry Reports: 7 Palestinians Dead, 23 Injured in Gaza within 24 Hours
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported on Wednesday that Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip have claimed the lives of seven Palestinians and injured 23 others within the past 24 hours.The ministry's daily statistical update highlighted ongoing efforts by ambulance and Civil Defense teams who remain unable to reach and extricate numerous victims trapped beneath rubble and on roadways.Since the commencement of the ceasefire on October 10, 2025, the death toll among Palestinians has reached 1,273, with 4,223 individuals sustaining injuries. Efforts have also accounted for the retrieval of 813 victims' bodies.The overall casualties since the start of the Israeli military operations on October 7, 2023, have mounted to 73,407 Palestinian fatalities and 174,335 injuries.
In its daily statistical report, the ministry said a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and Civil Defense crews are still unable to reach and recover them.
Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, the number of Palestinians killed has risen to 1,273, while 4,223 others have been wounded. The bodies of 813 victims have also been recovered.
The cumulative toll since the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza began on October 7, 2023, has now risen to 73,407 Palestinians killed and 174,335 wounded.
