WAFA reported that seven Palestinians were detained early Sunday during house raids in Ramallah and al-Bireh. Two brothers were also arrested in the town of Qaffin, north of Tulkarm.
Israeli forces carried out further raids in several towns in the Bethlehem governorate, including al-Khader, Harmala, al-Ubeidiya, al-Shawawra, Dar Salah and Zaatara.
In a separate development, Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah, stopping and inspecting Palestinian vehicles. The main entrance to Nabi Elias village, east of Qalqilya, was also closed with an iron gate.
On Saturday, three Palestinians were injured in settler attacks in the northwestern Hebron area of the occupied West Bank, according to local reports.
