On Friday, Hezbollah’s Military Media unveiled a new video depicting recent rocket and drone assaults targeting Israeli military positions in southern Lebanon.
A video lasting around 90 seconds captures two rocket strikes and a drone assault targeting locations in Deir Seryan, Blat, and Al-Qawzah, with the events dated May 12, 2026.
The footage begins with scenes depicting combatants setting up a rocket launcher and entering targeting coordinates. Images of former Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah and Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, are prominently displayed near the machinery.
The footage subsequently depicts combatants reciting Quranic verses as they prepare to launch assaults on Israeli targets, highlighting their proclaimed dedication to the path of resistance.
The released footage reveals explosive-laden drones being launched toward specific targets, as part of Hezbollah’s ongoing military operations, named the “Eaten Straw Battle,” in defense of Lebanon and its populace.
