Iranian Missile Launches Cause US Forces to Retreat from Strait of Hormuz Following Tanker Incident

According to official reports, Iranian naval and missile forces executed a rapid and decisive response to a recent act of US aggression in the Persian Gulf, compelling opposing units to withdraw following direct strikes.

Iran’s naval and missile forces have conducted a swift and accurate response to what they describe as another aggressive move by the United States in the Persian Gulf. Official reports indicate that these actions forced enemy units to withdraw following direct impacts.

A senior Iranian military official disclosed to IRIB on Thursday night that after an unprovoked assault by U.S. military aircraft on an Iranian oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman, Iranian forces promptly retaliated by targeting the adversarial units operating in the Strait of Hormuz.

The assailants encountered a barrage of intense missile fire from Iranian forces, forcing them to retreat after incurring substantial damage.

Iranian military officials reported that enemy forces in the Strait of Hormuz were hit by Iranian missile fire, leading to their retreat after suffering damages. The statement highlighted Iran’s armed forces’ high state of alertness and readiness to effectively combat any threats to the nation’s territorial waters and crucial maritime pathways.

Fox News has reported that the United States military has launched strikes targeting the ports of Qeshm and Bandar Abbas. However, it was emphasized that these actions do not signify the commencement of war.

Parliament has issued a robust response.

Nasrollah Pejmanfar, head of Iran’s Parliament’s Article 90 Commission, delivered a stern warning to adversaries.

A statement has been issued declaring that any missile launch or assault directed at Iran will be regarded as a direct criminal act by the United States, prompting Iran to retaliate with corresponding measures aimed at American interests.

According to a statement by Pejmanfar, today’s incidents involving the Strait of Hormuz and Iranian islands represent a clear breach of the ceasefire agreement. He warned that the United States should be prepared for a stern and proportionate retaliation.

The official stated that the United States is the primary instigator of every incident involving Iran, and affirmed that American bases would be directly targeted in response to these acts of aggression.

The recent provocation is directly associated with Washington’s unsuccessful and imprudent “Project Freedom” initiative.

In a recent development, US Central Command has confirmed that American forces have launched strikes targeting Iranian military installations.

In an effort to address recent incidents and rationalize future military actions, US Central Command (CENTCOM) released a statement asserting that its forces intercepted alleged Iranian attacks without provocation and engaged in what they described as “self-defense strikes” targeting Iranian military sites.

CENTCOM incorrectly claimed that “no US assets were struck,” while simultaneously declaring success in targeting Iranian missile sites, command centers, and surveillance nodes.

Iran has consistently demonstrated its zero-tolerance policy regarding breaches of its sovereignty, warning that any aggressors posing a threat to its territorial waters or assets can expect swift and severe repercussions.

In a move criticized as a breach of international law and the delicate regional ceasefire, U.S. forces reportedly targeted an Iranian-flagged tanker on its course to its intended location, with many observers denouncing the action as maritime piracy.

Iranian forces, citing legitimate self-defense, swiftly responded to the US units held accountable for the provocation.
