The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has declared the launch of Wave 42 of Operation True Promise 4 in response to recent US-Israeli actions against Iran.
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has reported the launch of Wave 42 of Operation True Promise 4 in response to recent aggression by the United States and Israel directed towards Iran.
According to a statement issued Thursday by the official news outlet of the IRGC, the operation commenced shortly after the initial message from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, was made public.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the offensive was conducted in tribute to the martyrs of Ramadan. This stage of the operation has been dedicated to “the leader of the martyrs, the martyred leader of the revolution, and his esteemed family.”
The official statement outlined that the operation encompassed the deployment of powerful missiles, notably the Emad, Qadr, Khaibar Shekan, and Fattah, alongside explosive drones. These strikes were directed at strategic locations in Tel Aviv and installations associated with the “terrorist American army.”
On February 28, the United States and Israel initiated a military operation against Iran. In the wake of this attack, the Iranian government reported the assassination of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. In a further development, the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps declared the commencement of the 41st wave of Operation True Promise 4, deploying hypersonic and heavy missiles as a counteraction to the continued US-Israeli offensive against Iran.
Iran has initiated a rapid response to what it calls criminal aggression by launching a series of missile and drone strikes targeting Israeli-occupied areas and U.S. military bases across the region.
Iran has consistently stated its intention to solely focus on U.S. positions and bases in the region, underscoring its lack of interest in engaging in conflict with Arab nations.
