IRGC Operation True Promise 4: Tanker Strikes, Base Closures, and Significant Casualties Reported

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has revealed the outcomes of the most recent phases of its Operation True Promise 4. This operation serves as a counteraction to what is described as unprovoked aggression by Israel and the United States against the Islamic Republic.

In a statement released on Sunday, the Corps reported that the “seventh and eighth waves” of the reprisal involved consecutive missile launches and extensive drone operations targeting American and Israeli assets.

According to reports, missile strikes targeted three US and British oil tankers, leading to the shutdown of significant American naval installations in Kuwait. A US base in Bahrain sustained substantial damage, and there were numerous casualties among American military personnel.

Oil tankers have reportedly been struck in the Persian Gulf and the nearby Strait of Hormuz, a critical chokepoint for global energy supplies. The incidents have raised concerns over maritime security in the region and the potential implications for international oil markets.

According to the statement, three US and British oil tankers trespassing in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz were hit by missiles, resulting in them becoming fully engulfed in flames.

The statement characterized the strikes as ongoing operations targeting maritime assets associated with the adversarial forces.

**US Facilities in Kuwait and Bahrain Targeted, Resulting in Hundreds of American Casualties**

In a significant escalation of hostilities, U.S. facilities located in Kuwait and Bahrain have come under attack, leading to a tragic number of American casualties. Reports indicate that hundreds have been affected, marking a severe blow to U.S. interests in the region. Further details about the nature of the attacks and the parties responsible remain under investigation. Authorities are currently working to address the situation and provide assistance to those impacted.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the U.S. naval base at Ali Al-Salem in Kuwait was “completely forced out of operation” following recent strikes. Additionally, reports indicated the destruction of three American maritime infrastructure facilities at the Mohammed Al-Ahmad Naval Base in Kuwait.

In Bahrain, the US naval installation at Mina Salman came under attack by four drones, inflicting significant damage on its command and support facilities.

The location of U.S. forces in Bahrain came under attack with two ballistic missiles, and additional American bases throughout the region experienced successive counterattacks.

According to the statement, the strikes have so far led to the casualties of 560 U.S. military personnel, who have either been killed or wounded.

**Psychological Pressure and Ongoing Operations**

The Corps has reported observing a “psychological crisis” among U.S. military personnel and unauthorized settlers, as evidenced by the ongoing sound of ambulance sirens at American and settler bases, alongside both field reports and intelligence assessments.

The report indicated that with the increased focus and pressure exerted by Iran’s Armed Forces, both the troops and settlers are expected to face escalating challenges.

The statement concluded by emphasizing the ongoing and extensive nature of missile and drone counteroffensives. It added that additional information regarding the accomplishments of Iranian servicemen would be shared with the public at an appropriate time.

Following the elevation to martyrdom status of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the announcement came amid the ongoing hostilities that commenced on Saturday.

**Previous Assault on USS Abraham Lincoln**

The Corps issued a statement following an earlier announcement declaring that it had targeted the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier with a quartet of ballistic missiles.

Reports indicate that the carrier was “successfully targeted,” with a promise that both land and sea would transform into a “graveyard for the aggressors.”

In response to recent acts of aggression by allied forces against Iranian territory, Iranian forces have initiated Operation True Promise 4. This marks a continuation of their previous high-profile retaliations against both Israel and the United States.

Iran’s Red Crescent Society has reported that enemy strikes have resulted in the loss of hundreds of lives, with the death toll including over 100 children following an attack on an elementary school in the southern Hormozgan province.
