Hamas Claims Full Compliance with Gaza Ceasefire Agreement Amid Zionist Regime’s Countless Blatant Violations
A high-ranking official from Hamas announced that the organization has met all its commitments under the Gaza ceasefire agreement following the handover of the last Israeli captive's body in the region.

Husam Badran announced on Monday that both living and deceased Israeli captives have been transferred in accordance with the agreement reached.
A Hamas representative emphasized that the handover of the last captive’s body in Gaza has removed any justifications previously used by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to postpone the execution of the agreement.
He called on mediators to escalate their efforts and exert pressure on Israel to fulfill its part of the agreement in full.
Badran has cautioned that ongoing delays by Israel pose a threat to the stability of the ceasefire in Gaza.
He emphasized the necessity for the regime to withdraw its forces from Gaza, allow the passage of humanitarian aid, and facilitate the opening of the Rafah crossing in both directions.
Hamas has released a statement highlighting its significant efforts in locating the remains of the last captive. The organization shared critical information directly with mediators, which played a key role in the successful recovery of the body.
The movement underscores that this initiative is part of the resistance’s unwavering commitment to fulfilling the obligations of the initial phase of the ceasefire agreement, having met all responsibilities with transparency and diligence.
The resistance movement insisted that Israel must fully adhere to the conditions of the ceasefire agreement, ensuring its comprehensive implementation without delay or partiality. This includes a firm commitment to all associated obligations, notably the unrestricted operation of the Rafah crossing in both directions, the provisioning of necessary supplies to the Gaza Strip in ample quantities, and the removal of any bans on these supplies. Additionally, it demands Israel’s complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and the unhindered functioning of the National Committee overseeing the management of the area.
Hamas has urged the guarantor nations to fulfill their duties by ensuring compliance with all stalled obligations, following the recent discovery of the last prisoner’s body which, according to Hamas, nullifies any previous excuses by the occupation.
Israel’s ongoing breaches of the Gaza ceasefire agreement persist, leading to further loss of Palestinian civilian lives as the humanitarian crisis in the region intensifies.
In the most recent wave of assaults by the regime, three civilians have tragically lost their lives.
Local sources report that on Tuesday morning, a civilian was fatally shot by occupation forces’ gunfire in the Halawa refugee camp located in Jabaliya, northern Gaza City.
In two separate incidents, Israeli attacks have resulted in the deaths of two additional Palestinians. The incidents occurred in the al-Bureij refugee camp, located in central Gaza, and the al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City.
The latest casualties have raised the Palestinian death toll to close to 490 since the implementation of the agreement.
According to reports, more than 71,600 civilians have died and over 171,400 have been injured in the conflict involving Israeli forces since October 2023.
Gaza’s Civil Defense has issued a warning, stating that the humanitarian situation in the region has deteriorated to a critical and unparalleled level, with a severe shortage of essential life-sustaining resources.
Reports indicate that thousands of civilians, including a significant number of children, women, and those dealing with illness, are facing severe challenges and enduring conditions that surpass the limits of human endurance.
