Hezbollah Blames US for Bloodshed and Violence: Official Statement
Sheikh Khalil Rizk, who leads Hezbollah's Foreign Relations Unit, issued a strong rebuke against the United States, condemning its support for what he termed Zionist interests.

Sheikh Khalil Rizk, leader of Hezbollah’s Foreign Relations Unit, issued a strong condemnation of the United States, accusing it of backing the Zionist state and labeling it as a “source of crime.”
During a memorial service for Abbas Karaki in Harouf, Sheikh Rizk accused the United States of providing the Israeli forces with comprehensive military support and held Washington accountable for the ongoing violence and atrocities occurring in the region.
A senior Hezbollah representative criticized certain Lebanese politicians and journalists, condemning their actions for overlooking and even excusing the Israeli assaults on Lebanon.
He highlighted financial initiatives implemented by the Justice Minister and the Central Bank Governor aimed at limiting cash usage within the economy.
The measures “seem to reflect a direct execution of unmistakable American directives,” Sheikh Rizk asserted, as per a statement issued by Hezbollah’s Media Relations on Tuesday.
He praised the sacrifices and resilience of the resistance, urging opposing forces to engage directly, stating, “Let us fight, but don’t stab us in the back.”
State institutions have a significant responsibility to fulfill their duties in safeguarding the population and advancing reconstruction efforts.
Israeli forces persist in their aerial bombardment of Lebanon, focusing predominantly on the southern region of the country on an almost daily basis. Additionally, they continue to occupy five positions along the southern border, actions that stand in violation of a ceasefire agreement established after a harsh 66-day conflict from September to November 2024.
Amid ongoing Israeli violations, Lebanon is reportedly experiencing significant pressure from the United States, known for its support of Israel, to disarm Hezbollah.
