Great Satan US Deploys World’s Largest Aircraft Carrier to Latin America as Venezuela Issues Caution on Potential Threat

The United States has announced the deployment of the USS Gerald R. Ford, recognized as the world's largest aircraft carrier, along with five accompanying destroyers to Latin America. This move has sparked condemnation from Venezuela, which has described the action as a reckless and unlawful provocation.

A Pentagon spokesperson on Friday announced a significant escalation in naval presence, marking one of the most assertive American maritime deployments in the region in several decades.

An official stated that the increased US involvement in the region is designed to “identify, observe, and counter illegal entities and actions.”

The decision has ignited concerns of a potential move to destabilize or possibly invade Venezuela under contrived justifications.

Analysts and international observers have raised concerns, noting that the magnitude of the deployment significantly surpasses that of typical anti-narcotics operations.

The Gerald Ford strike group is set to join approximately 6,000 US sailors and Marines currently deployed across eight warships in the area. This move will increase the total number of American military personnel in the region to over 10,000.

The situation has intensified following Trump’s recent acknowledgment of having approved CIA operations within Venezuela, along with considering land offensives.

Trump has consistently made unfounded allegations that Nicolás Maduro’s administration is connected to criminal organizations “invading” the United States via drug trafficking and illegal immigration. These claims have been routinely rejected by international bodies and even contradicted by US intelligence evaluations.

Since September, Washington has initiated multiple strikes targeting civilian and fishing vessels in the Caribbean, citing alleged connections to drug activities but has not provided supporting evidence.

United Nations officials and international law experts have stated that these attacks are in violation of both United States and international law, categorizing them as extrajudicial executions.

Venezuelan officials have pledged to protect the nation’s sovereignty with unwavering determination.

Foreign Minister Vladimir Padrino stated unequivocally that the Armed Forces will not permit a government in the country that is subservient to United States interests, leaving little room for misinterpretation.

Padrino described the US deployment as “the most significant military threat in the last century,” firmly reiterating Caracas’s dedication to peace and emphasizing that Venezuela would not tolerate any acts of aggression.
