Trump plan compatible with Israeli 5-principle plan: Qassem

Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem says that the US President Donald Trump’s plan for the Gaza Strip is compatible with the Israeli 5-principle plan, which strips the resistance of its points of strengths.

Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem delivered a speech via Al-Manar TV during memorial service for senior commanders Sheikh Nabil Qawouk and Sayyed Suhail Al-Husseini.

The Hezbollah chief started his speech by referring to the US President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan for the Gaza Strip, saying that “Trump plan stipulates that ‘Israel’ control the land in terms of security, disarm the resistance and impose an international administration rather than a Palestinian one.”

“Trump plan is compatible with Israeli 5-principle plan to end the war. it’s an Israeli plan in a US cover,” he continued.

“Trump put forward his plan at this particular time in a bid to polish the Zionist entity’s image on the international level,” he continued.

He went on to noted that most countries in the world support a Palestinian state and oppose the genocide.

The Hezbollah leader continued to salute Spain over pro-Palestine position, descrbing it as “Courageous stances at the level of government and people.”

” We know that surrender is not an option for the Palestinian people who have offered sacrifices and faced genocide, starvation, and displacement,” he asserted.

“Lebanon is in the eye of the storm due to the ongoing Israeli aggression, which is fully backed by the US,” Qassem highlighted, adding that ” The Israeli enemy continues to exert pressure in Lebanon, through the US threats and the daily attacks targeting civilians, engineers, families and all forms of life in the country.”

“Neither ‘Israel’, nor US will be able to advance their plots because we have a strong and faithful people who are determined and know that the path of surrender is the path of annihilation.” the Hezbollah leader also said.

It’s the lebanese government’s duty to restore national sovereignty, he said, while addressing the Lebanese Government, saying to them “What have you done to restore sovereignty? The key to restoring sovereignty is to expel ‘Israel’ from Lebanon and stop the aggression.”
