UN Commission Designates Terrorist ‘israeli’ Regieme’s Gaza Operations as Genocide

An independent investigation by the United Nations has determined that actions by Israel in Gaza amount to genocide against the Palestinian population.

A comprehensive 72-page report published on Tuesday reveals that there are substantial reasons to determine that four out of the five acts constituting genocide under international law have been carried out since the onset of the 2023 conflict with Hamas.

The Commission’s report outlined severe allegations against Israeli authorities, asserting that they have partially dismantled the reproductive capacity of Palestinians in Gaza by imposing birth prevention measures. Additionally, the report accuses these authorities of deliberately establishing life conditions aimed at the physical destruction of Palestinians as a group. Both of these actions are cited as foundational acts of genocide under the Rome Statute and the Genocide Convention.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, along with other leaders, have been accused of inciting actions amounting to genocide in the Gaza Strip, according to Navi Pillay, the chair of the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

According to a briefing reported by Sputnik, Pillay stated that Israel has perpetrated genocide against the Palestinian population in Gaza, continuing what is described as the most relentless, enduring, and extensive assault on the Palestinian people since 1948.

All nations must deploy every available measure to halt Israel’s activities in the Gaza Strip and the occupied regions, Pillay stated.
