Brave Yemen Launches ‘Cluster Missile’ Targeting Key ‘israeli’ Sites
Yemen’s Armed Forces reported the launch of a hypersonic ballistic missile targeting several critical sites within Israeli territory. The missile was equipped with "multiple reentry warheads," according to the announcement.

On Tuesday, military personnel announced that they had launched a “cluster missile” of the “Palestine-2” variant, targeting areas near the sacred city of al-Quds, which is under occupation.
“The operation effectively met its goals, resulting in millions of Zionist settlers seeking refuge in shelters,” they stated.
The announcement followed approximately two weeks after reports emerged that the Israeli regime’s air force had initiated an investigation into the potential deployment of a “new missile” by Yemeni forces during a pro-Palestinian attack on the occupied Palestinian territories.
Ynetnews, the online platform for the Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth, reported on August 23 that a missile successfully evaded the regime’s interception systems and landed in close proximity to Tel Aviv the previous day.
The investigation is examining whether the projectile contained “cluster munitions,” the statement noted.
The Israeli media at the time incorporated a video into its report, depicting a missile disintegrating mid-air above the occupied territories. The report indicated that the missile appeared to have been launched from the direction of a country on the Arabian Peninsula.
In a follow-up to their Tuesday announcement, the Armed Forces stated their recent operation was conducted as a demonstration of Yemen’s ongoing solidarity with the Palestinian people, who are resisting ongoing Israeli occupation and aggression.
The strike was organized as a demonstration of solidarity with residents of the Gaza Strip, who have faced what has been described as an Israeli campaign of genocide since October 2023.
Since the conflict began, military personnel have been organizing a series of solidarity strikes.
The forces have repeatedly aimed at Ben Gurion, a central airport for the regime, as part of an ongoing aerial blockade strategy imposed on the regime. Additionally, the forces have implemented a naval blockade, directing their efforts towards Israeli ships and other vessels en route to the occupied territories.
On Tuesday, forces declared that they had targeted Ramon Airport and two other significant locations in the southern regions of the occupied territories using “three drones.”
Authorities in Sana’a stated their intent to continue military strikes until the regime halts its ongoing war and lifts the simultaneous blockade currently imposed on Gaza.
