**Gaza City Offensive and Famine**

Recent escalations in Gaza City have resulted in increased military offensives, exacerbating an already dire humanitarian situation. The ongoing conflict has significantly disrupted vital supply chains, leading to severe shortages of food and essential resources. Observers warn of an impending famine if urgent humanitarian aid is not provided. The international community is called upon to intervene and address the crisis to prevent further civilian suffering.

Israeli forces have escalated their offensive in Gaza City, with recent reports indicating the deployment of explosive-laden robots on Yafa Street. This comes alongside aerial bombardments targeting the Zeitoun and Sabra neighborhoods.

The operation to take control of Gaza City unfolds amidst a growing famine crisis affecting Gaza, with the northern Gaza Strip being particularly hard-hit.

The Health Ministry in Gaza reported on Sunday that 289 individuals, among them 115 children, have succumbed to malnutrition and starvation amid the ongoing conflict involving the United States and Israel in the region.

Widespread famine has gripped every region, with over 15% of young children facing severe malnutrition. The situation continues to deteriorate.

Medical professionals in the blockaded enclave have reported their inability to prevent children from succumbing to starvation amid the famine they attribute to Israeli actions in Gaza.
