Iran’s IRGC General Declares Nation’s Security at Peak Levels
Brigadier General Majid Khademi, head of the Revolutionary Guard's intelligence organization, affirmed that Iran is presently experiencing a robust security situation. He emphasized the continued readiness and vigilance of both the military and the populace.

During a ceremony in Tehran on Sunday, held in honor of Gholamhossein Gheybparvar, the late deputy commander at the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps’ Imam Ali base, Brigadier General Majid Khademi addressed reporters. He stated that “the country is presently enjoying a robust security environment, with the populace demonstrating high levels of alertness and intelligence, while the armed forces remain fully prepared.”
He alluded to the ongoing 12-day conflict with Iran initiated by the Zionist regime and its Western allies, stating, “The adversary may have anticipated a crack in our national unity, but the citizens, through their resilience and solidarity, alongside the Islamic fighters with their strength, have demonstrated their ability to compel the enemy to withdraw.”
A high-ranking official from the IRGC emphasized that it was the opposing side that requested a ceasefire.
General Khademi continued to highlight the European nations’ warnings regarding the activation of the snapback mechanism, which is part of the 2015 nuclear agreement, commonly referred to as the JCPOA. He stated, “Should the Europeans proceed with their actions, we have effective solutions at our disposal, and ultimately, the Europeans will bear the greater loss.”
