Syrian Information Minister Khaled Zaarour and Hasakah Governor Nour al-Din Ahmad Issa discussed ways to develop media work in the northeastern province and strengthen its role in promoting national unity while reflecting the region’s social diversity.
The Ministry of Information said Thursday that the two officials stressed the importance of professional media coverage that takes into account Hasakah’s distinct social makeup and supports efforts to strengthen national cohesion.
They also called for closer coordination among relevant authorities and greater cooperation on joint media initiatives to ensure coverage that accurately reflects conditions in the province and its diverse communities.
