The Syrian Armed Forces thwarted another attack by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorists to take control of a strategic region and military airport in Deir Ezzur in the Eastern parts of the country.
The Takfiri terrorists were pushed back from the surrounding areas of the military airport in Deir Ezzur.

The ISIL terrorists tried twice to take control of the Deir Ezzur military airport on Monday, and were repelled.

Saudi national ISIL terrorist, Abu Omar Al-Jazrawi, was trying to conduct suicide operations in Deir Ezzur Airport, but the Syrian army exploded his vehicle by firing rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) at his car.

Meantime, the Syrian army killed hundreds of ISIL terrorists in the surrounding areas of Deir Ezzur military airport.

The bodies of the terrorists killed in fierce clashes with the militants have been left in the surrounding areas of Deir Ezzur airport for the foreign countries supporting the terrorists to see.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011 with organized attacks by well-armed gangs and terrorists against both the army and civilians.

The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

As the foreign-backed insurgency in Syria continues without an end in sight, the US government has boosted its political and military support to Takfiri extremists.
